A compact vibratory sieve + aspiration system that removes dust, chaff, broken kernels, and size-based impurities from paddy/wheat/maize and pulses. Material flows from a feed hopper onto multi-deck screens driven by vibration motors; an air aspirator pulls off light trash. Great for learning particle mechanics, vibration, airflow, and process safety.

Parts Used:

1. Frame & Cover – Welded frame with hinged dust-tight covers and inspection windows.
2. Feed Hopper & Rate Control – Gate/rotary feeder to keep a steady bed depth.
3. Vibration Drive – One or two unbalanced motors (or eccentric shaft) with rubber mounts.
4. Sieve Decks (2–3 stage) – Interchangeable screens (scalping, grading, fines) on a floating cradle.
5. Ball/Brush Cleaners – Rubber ball tray or brushes to keep apertures clear.
6. Aspiration Unit – Adjustable air inlet, plenum, blower/fan, and cyclone or bag filter for dust.
7. Outlet Chutes – Oversize, accept, undersize/fines; separate light-weight outlet from aspirator.
8. Vibration Isolators – Elastomer springs to keep loads off the floor.
9. Controls – On/Off, VFD for motor speed, airflow damper, amp/airflow gauges.
10. Magnets (optional) – Drawer magnet to trap ferrous bits before sieving.
