2. Air Cylinder (Actuator) – Bore 32–50 mm, stroke 20–40 mm; single-acting (spring return) or double-acting for positive open/close.
3. Guides & Leads – Dovetail/linear guide strips to keep the jaw square under load.
4. 5/2 or 3/2 Solenoid Valve / Foot Pedal Valve – Directional control for open/close; manual pedal keeps hands free.
5. Flow Control Valves – Set open/close speed for smooth, safe clamping.
6. FRL Unit – Filter + Regulator + Lubricator to supply clean, regulated air.
7. Pressure Gauge & Relief Valve – Monitor and protect the pneumatic circuit.
