The Smart Helmet with Accident Alert is a safety innovation project designed to enhance rider safety by ensuring helmet usage and providing instant accident detection with alerts. The system integrates sensors and IoT technology to monitor helmet usage, detect crashes, and automatically send alerts to emergency contacts.

The helmet is equipped with a wear detection sensor, an accelerometer/gyroscope to detect sudden impact, and an IoT module (GSM/GPS/ESP32) for real-time communication. In case of an accident, the system immediately sends an SMS or app notification with GPS location to predefined contacts, enabling faster emergency response.
