A compact farm implement that collects fresh dung from shed lanes with vacuum/scraper pickup, stores it in a sealed tank, mixes to slurry, and sprays it on fields or compost rows as a nutrient-rich bio-fertilizer. Available as a walk-behind/electric cart or tractor-PTO trailer. Great for learning fluid handling, pumps, hygiene engineering, and safety.

Parts Used:

1. Chassis & Mobility – Cart or trailer with lockable casters/wheels, tow eye; drip tray & hose racks.
2. Suction System (Variant A) – Vacuum/blower or PD diaphragm/lobe pump (100–300 L/min) with Ø50–75 mm suction hose, aluminum wand, stone/mesh strainer, non-return valve.
3. Scraper/Conveyor (Variant B) – Spring-loaded floor scraper, auger/belt lift with guards.
4. Slurry Tank – 200–500 L (cart) or 1000–2000 L (PTO), manhole, level sight, breather filter, drain valve.
5. Agitator/Macerator – Paddle or jet-agitator; macerator screen to break fibers and protect nozzles.
6. Spray Pump – Centrifugal/diaphragm pump, 2–6 bar, 10–40 L/min; suction filter & bypass.
7. Spray Hardware – Boom / boomless nozzle (flood/flat-fan), hand lance with trigger, pressure gauge, regulator, return-to-tank.
8. Power Options – 24 V DC motor + battery (cart), PTO (tractor), or small petrol engine.
