The Fire and Smoke Detection Alarm is a safety project designed to detect smoke and fire at an early stage and trigger an alarm to alert people. It uses a smoke sensor (MQ-2/MQ-7) or a flame sensor, connected to a microcontroller (Arduino/8051/ESP32).

When the sensor detects smoke particles or fire flames beyond a threshold level, the system immediately activates a buzzer and LED indicators. Optionally, it can also send a message/notification via IoT to inform users remotely. This project is extremely useful for homes, offices, industries, and warehouses to prevent fire accidents and ensure safety.

Parts Used:

1. Arduino UNO / 8051 / ESP32 – Main controller.
2. MQ-2 / MQ-7 Smoke Sensor – Detects smoke and harmful gases.
3. Flame Sensor (IR Based) – Detects presence of fire.
4. Buzzer / Alarm Siren – Alerts in case of fire/smoke.
5. LED Indicators – For visual alert.
6. Relay Module (Optional) – To activate water sprinklers or exhaust fans.
7. IoT Module (ESP8266/ESP32, GSM Module) – For sending alerts remotely (optional).
8. Power Supply (5V/12V Adaptor) – To run the system.
