1. Base & Legs – Welded chassis with folding/extendable legs; front fixed castors (Ø150–200 mm), rear swivel/brake castors.
2. Mast/Column – Box section with gussets; boom pivot at the top.
3. Telescopic Boom – 3–5 hole positions with lock pins; boom head plate with swivel hook.
4. Hydraulic Cylinder – 50–70 mm bore, 600–800 mm stroke, clevis-mounted.
5. Pump – Hand lever 2-stage (fast approach + high pressure) with release valve; or 12/24 V DC power pack.
6. Overload Relief – Cartridge relief set below design pressure.
7. Chain/Hook – Grade-80/100 chain, safety latch hook or shackle.
8. Controls – Pump handle, metered release knob; E-stop if powered.
9. Hardware – Pivot pins with bushes, stop blocks, tie plates, transport handle.
