Built on a wheeled frame with height/angle adjust, variable speed drive, and plug-and-play power (230 VAC or 24 VDC), it’s a clean, safe way to move material with minimal labor.

Parts Used:

1. Frame & Stands – Welded steel/aluminum with locking casters, foldable/height-adjust legs.
2. Drive Drum & Tail Drum – Rubber-lagged drive roller with keyed shaft; crowned tail drum for self-tracking.
3. Idlers/Slider Bed – Carry/return rollers or UHMW slider for short conveyors.
4. Belt – PVC/PU flat belt (general use) or chevron/cleated belt for inclines/bulk.
5. Motor & Gearbox – 0.25–1.5 kW AC gearmotor + VFD (or 24 V DC gearmotor + PWM).
6. Tracking & Tension – Screw/quick-release take-ups at tail; snub/idler for wrap.
7. Side Rails & Hopper – Adjustable guides; bolt-on loading hopper or chute.
