A mobile, multi-stage cleaner that removes straw/chaff, dust, stones, oversize, and fines from grains, pulses, and seeds right at the field or shed. Material flows from a feed hopper through aspiration (air) and vibratory sieves, with optional mini destoner—all packaged on a wheeled frame with single-phase power. Great for learning vibration, airflow, particle sizing, and dust control.

Parts Used:

1. Mobile Frame & Enclosure – Welded cart with locking casters, lift handles, dust-tight covers & windows.
2. Feed Hopper + Feeder – Gate or rotary feeder to keep constant bed depth.
3. Pre-Cleaner (Scalper Screen) – Removes straw, sticks, and large overs.
4. Vibration Deck (2–3 screens) – Interchangeable meshes for grading/cleaning; ball/brush under-screen cleaners.
5. Aspiration Unit – Inlet curtain, adjustable damper, centrifugal blower, cyclone or bag filter for dust.
6. Mini Destoner (optional) – Fluidized vibratory deck to separate stones from kernels.
7. Magnets – Drawer or plate magnet before screens to catch ferrous bits.
8. Chutes & Diverters – Oversize / Accept / Fines / Light-trash outlets.
9. Controls – On/Off, VFD for blower & vibrator, airflow gauge, ammeter.
10. Power – 230 VAC single-phase (inverter-duty motors) or small genset; total 1–3 kW.
