Street light monitoring via Bluetooth

The Street Light Monitoring via Bluetooth project is designed to remotely monitor and control street lights using a smartphone. Through a Bluetooth-enabled microcontroller system, the user can turn lights ON/OFF, check their status, and detect faults without manual inspection.

This system improves energy efficiency, reduces maintenance efforts, and ensures safety by enabling real-time monitoring of multiple street lights.

Parts Used:
  1. Microcontroller (Arduino / ESP32 with Bluetooth) – Central control unit
  2. Bluetooth Module (HC-05 / Inbuilt ESP32 Bluetooth) – Wireless communication
  3. LED / Street Light Model – Load to be monitored and controlled
  4. Relay Module – Switches street lights ON/OFF
  5. Smartphone with Android App – User interface for monitoring
  6. Sensors (optional: LDR, current sensor) – For automatic control and fault detection
  7. Power Supply (Battery/Adapter) – Runs the system

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Advantages:
  1. Remote Monitoring – Control street lights from a smartphone
